AB 1234 Ethics Training Records
- Covered officials must complete ethics training every two years. Training must be completed within six months of assuming office (starting January 1, 2026) and every two years thereafter.
SB 827 Fiscal and Financial Training Records
- Covered officials must complete fiscal and financial training every two years. Training must be completed by January 1, 2028, for current officials in office by January 1, 2026 and within six months of service start date for new officials after January 1, 2026. Some records may not yet be available.
